Can I test the parts before paying?
Yes! For all Kampala deliveries, we encourage you to inspect and test the components before completing payment. We even offer pro-installation for UGX 20,000 to ensure everything works perfectly.
Do you deliver upcountry?
We deliver nationwide via bus couriers. Upcountry orders require full payment before dispatch. Tracking info is provided immediately.
Is professional installation available?
Absolutely. We offer standard installation in Kampala for a flat fee of UGX 20,000. Our technician will come to your location and set up the hardware for you.
What is your return policy?
We provide a 3-day testing warranty for all used parts. If a component fails under normal use within this period, we offer an immediate replacement or store credit.
